We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases — including the Founder Lifetime plan. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your purchase at support@foldif.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

• Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
• Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds are not available after the 14-day window, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
• If a feature critical to your use case breaks and we fail to restore it within 7 days, you are entitled to a prorated refund for that period regardless of the 14-day window.

Foldif includes a 5-day free Pro trial on install. The trial requires no payment information and expires automatically — you will never be charged without explicitly purchasing a plan.
